The best way to propogate clematis is to slice into a stem and push
it into the ground (keep it attached to the mother plant). Push
a couple of sticks diagonally into the ground crossing the planted
stem to make sure it stays in place. Keep well watered and after
a few weeks it will have grown roots. You can then cut the 'new'
clematis from the mother and replant somewhere else. |
