we had an early frost and i had my ficus outside it killed it. i brought it inside and left it alone the leaves were shriveled and brownish. i thought that it would drop its leaves and repair. it never did. so i took all the leaves off and cut some of the dead branches. it seems that the trunk and almost all the branches are woody. i scratched them they have no green underneath. but at the braided root there is healthy green. what do i do. i don`t want to get rid of my ficus. i`m very attatched! HELP!!! thanks!
